SHIPPING

We ship every Monday, all orders ship via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada.  Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us.  

All orders over $100 within Canada receive complimentary shipping. A flat rate of $15 will be applied for all orders under $100 within Canada. For US orders, a flat rate of $20 will be applied. If you wish to order from outside of North America, please send us an email: bathpoetry@gmail.com.

If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes. 

RETURNS

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns.  If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products. Take a photo of the damaged items and notify us as soon as possible by email: bathpoetry@gmail.com.
